All the final details have now
been painted in, and the whole painting has been
refined once more. It's difficult to take a digital
photo of such a high contrast painting, so I
will scan the painting and show an updated image
soon. |

I have now done a lot more refinement
on both the Silver back and the foliage. This
is a tricky painting to photograph so please
trust me that it looks much better in real life.
I will post a good photo when I do the final
scan - soon. |

All of the painting has now been
blocked in and I have started to refine certain
areas like the foreground foliage. The photo
above is not the best quality but it does give
you an idea of how this gorilla painting is developing.
Next I will continue with the leaves and also
to get the gorilla looking much more realistic. |

painting upon which I will paint more accurate
