The
Snow Leopard (endangered) The snow leopard is possibly the most elusive of all the big cats, which is not surprising as it lives in the rugged mountainous regions of central and south Asia . It is superbly adapted to it's surroundings, with enlarged nasal cavities, a disproportionately long tail to aid balance and even the bottoms of the paws are covered in fur to protect against the cold! It realy was a great subject to paint! |
